Step 1: Register and create an account.
So to start, head over to cTrader’s main site or supporting brokers to register and create an account. They’ll usually ask you for your:

- First and last name.
- Account type.
- Gender.
- Country.
- Preferred language.
- Nationality.
In this process, you can either opt for a Live Trading Account or a Demo Account.
Step 2: Get your cTID and log in
After creating an account, you’ll receive an email with your credentials, one of which will be your cTID (cTrader ID). All individual accounts receive this particular ID, which you can use with any broker that accepts Ctrader. Then log in to the Client Portal!
Step 3: Download and install cTrader
